What is Dutch Cold Brew?
Dutch Cold Brew is a coffee brewing method where ice water is dripped slowly over freshly ground coffee for between 3 ½ -12 hours. It produces a smoother, less acidic, and highly caffeinated coffee that can be served hot or cold.
Dutch Cold Brew method requires less beans and less time to brew than regular cold brew but manages to taste more complex and there is less aftertaste.
Immersion cold brew needs at least 12 hours for a full extraction. Cold drip only takes 3 to 5 hours, depending on the grind size and the quantity you are making.
About the Item
Aesthetically designed cold brew coffee maker made of stainless steel, and high borosilicate glass. Equipped with an adjustable drip valve for your desired drip speed and a reusable fine metal filter. 400-ml capacity, makes 2 to 4 cups of cold brew coffee that can be stored up to 2 weeks in a fridge.
